Inter Prominent Property Maintenance Sdn Bhd (IPPM) is an External Building Cleaning company comprised of a group of cleaning and maintenance experts with years of expertise. IPPM began delivering external building cleaning services to organizations of all kinds in 2013. To fulfil our clients’ expectations, we have learnt and continue to study how to deliver the best office cleaning and maintenance.
Our cleaning workers are properly trained and dressed to provide a professional image that will compliment your company. All of our employees are bonded, insured, and have passed a background check, guaranteeing that your property and goods are always safe. Our biggest asset is our employees. The cleaning business is notorious for high staff turnover, however at IPPM, we have many employees who have been with us since the beginning. IPPM is currently implementing the Integrated Management System, which encompasses ISO 9001: 2008 (Quality Management System), OHSAS 18001: 2001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System), and ISO 14001: 2004 (Environmental Management System) to ensure that the External Building Cleaning services provided to our clients are consistent and of the highest quality (Environmental Management System).
